MUSD Celebrates Native American Heritage Month!

This week at MUSD has been both eventful and inspiring. I had the opportunity to spend several hours visiting school sites, and I want to extend heartfelt recognition to students across all grade levels for their continued commitment to academic progress. Classroom visits at both the elementary and secondary levels revealed a genuine eagerness to learn and a refreshing sense of innocence that reminds us why we do this work.

I had the pleasure of attending the student play this week and thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding performances by Alhambra students. If you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, you can still catch the show tonight or Saturday. Tickets are available through GoFan’s Alhambra High School page. 

The City of Martinez has released its Fall & Winter 2025 Activity Guide, which includes details on upcoming Winter Break Camps. If you're interested in youth programs, mini camps, or seasonal activities, be sure to review the guide for registration information.

The Martinez USD Budget Advisory Committee will convene on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 @ 5:30pm in the Governing Board Room. The meeting will focus on District Budgetary Matters and provide recommendations to the Board regarding future budget initiatives/ actions.
